Good Performances at the IAAF Grand Prix Meeting in Dakar 

For its 2008 edition on 17 May, the Dakar meeting produced some outstanding performances on the new CONICA track.

The Dakar IAAF Grand Prix meeting, held at the Stade Léopold Sédar Senghor with nearly 40,000 spectators, confirmed the domination of Amantlé Montsho from Botswana, the new African Champion in 400m. Other performance recorded at Dakar: The Nigerian Osayami Oludamelo won the women's 100m in 11.10.

Recently, the old surface was renewed with our CONIPUR SP system on about 8,000 m² including a warm-up facility.
